The membership of the Alliance shall consist of graduates, former students of SSHS, and associate members who subscribe to the purpose of the Alliance.
All members of the Alliance are expected to make annual donations to the Alliance. Upon receipt of their annual donations with respect to any period, members shall be considered to be in good standing for such period, which provides such members voting privileges and qualifies them to hold an Alliance elected office. Donations are expected to be made annually in each year in the month of November. The fiscal year of the Alliance shall be the calendar year from January 1st to December 31st of each year. A minimum annual donation amount shall be established by the Executive Board Officers.
